Alhamdulillah, setelah melaksanakan Praktek Laut (Prala) di atas kapal selama 12 bulan, seorang Cadet wajib melanjutkan study di kampus untuk menyelesaikan tugas akhir sebagai syarat wisuda untuk jenjang Diploma III.
Setelah melalui serangkaian proses study di kampus AKPELNI Tercinta, Alhadulillah semua berjalan dengan semestinya, disini saya akan mempublikasikan hasil Tugas Akhir yang telah saya buat dan telah dibimbing sebelumnya oleh Dosen Pembimbing dan telah dinyatakan lulus uji oleh Dosen Penguji pada saat sidang/pendadaran.
Saya pribadi menyadari bahwa hasil karya saya sangat jauh dari kesempurnaan, untuk itu sudilah kiranya rekan-rekan semua untuk memberikan saran/komentar apabila ditemukan tulisan yang kurang benar dan saya akan tinjau ulang untuk perbaikan agar menjadi karya yang baik dan sempurna.
